You purchase a block of hours upfront and use them whenever you need monday.com support. No retainers or recurring commitments. Hours are valid for 3, 6, or 12 months depending on your package — you choose how they are spent.
What can I use banked hours for?
Anything monday.com related — new board builds, automation updates, troubleshooting, new integrations, team expansion setup, reporting improvements, and workspace optimisation. You choose based on current priorities.
Do unused hours expire?
Hours are valid for the period specified in your package: 3 months for Starter (5 hours), 6 months for Growth (10 hours), and 12 months for Scale (20 hours). This gives you flexibility to use hours as needs arise.
Can I upgrade my package if I need more hours?
